Our Condition Monitoring program combines wireless sensors and an advanced visualization portal to help you proactively identify and address issues before they cause downtime and disruptions.
Wireless sensors collect vibration, temperature and pressure data from your assets and make that data securely available on Flowserve’s Insight Portal. With the Insight Portal, your assets can be monitored from anywhere. The portal can be configured to provide you immediate alert/alarm notification emails and/or PDF reports. The Flowserve RedRaven Monitoring Center is readily available to provide technical insights and recommendations to help you make more informed decisions to improve your plant’s efficiency, productivity and reliability.
Insight Monitoring
With the Insight Monitoring program, you gain online access to the Insight Portal, which can be configured to send email notifications to any mobile device. In addition, Flowserve remotely monitors your equipment’s performance and provides intelligent improvement opportunities, including access to our knowledgeable team of technicians, analysts, project managers and engineers for trend analysis.
Flowserve's services offer remote monitoring, portal access and email alerts. We also provide wireless sensors, installation supervision, a cloud database and system maintenance.
