Flowserve Proficiency
Flowserve’s proficiency program recognizes that you have completed a specific training course and attained a level of competence with the material. It also allows you to progress to higher proficiency levels as your expertise grows.
Flowserve proficiency exams are offered for pumps, mechanical seals and pumping system analysis. The closed-book tests, which are given on the morning following the last class day, each contain approximately 60 questions and can take up to four hours to complete. You must attain a grade of 80 percent to achieve proficiency at each level.
Flowserve proficiency documents, which are presented to and remain with you, state the level of proficiency attained and the number of formal training hours dedicated to each class.
