Integrity is in motion in many ways across Flowserve – ranging from everyday interactions with our colleagues and customers to protecting our supply chains and responding to challenging real-world scenarios. It is up to each of us to advance our Integrity culture at Flowserve.
Annual Code of Conduct training
Rooted in our Flowserve values, our Code of Conduct helps us navigate ethical challenges and situations we may face with integrity. Flowserve’s Code of Conduct training provides associates with ethical expectations through straightforward, practical guidance and Frequently Asked Questions.
Each year, associates are asked to go through the Code of Conduct training as a refresher course, reaffirming our commitment to Integrity and reminding us how to navigate difficult scenarios. In the training, we provide additional policies that define the standards and behaviors expected from associates and our business partners such as our Third-Party Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy, Gift & Entertainment Policy, Anti-Bribery Policy, Anti-Slavery Statements, Privacy Policy, Fair Competition Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy.
